The day before we left, I had trouble with my email and couldn't print anything. We didn't have a printout of the reservation or the address. In Venice, we asked for the property's phone number and called Rosanna. She told us which bus and which boat to take, and when we arrived at the pier, Rosanna was there waiting for us! Fantastic!!! She walked us to the B&B and gave us information on the best places to visit. Rosanna was a wonderful hostess!!!
The Staff
Our host, Rosanna, met me and my group at the agreed-upon meeting point, showed us the apartment we had rented, and helped us settle in. After we unpacked our bags, she joined us again and gave us detailed recommendations on what to visit, suggested some restaurants, and explained some local customs. All the information she provided was top-notch and an invaluable help during our stay in Venice. We can’t praise Rosanna enough.

Dear Francesca and Rosanna, it’s a miracle to have met you! It’s a miracle to be here for the third time! There wasn’t one miracle, though: we didn’t get to meet Davide. Best of luck to both of you and to your tourism business.
